Lodging:

Lodging for 1 night is included in the cost at our host hotel, Hilton Sedona Resort at Bell Rock.

Travel:

Travel to Sedona is not included in the cost. Each guest is responsible for booking their own travel to and from Sedona, Arizona.

Guest Limit

The intimate group size of 15-20 peers allows for deeper connections and more personalized interactions. It fosters a supportive environment where individuals can learn from each other, share experiences, and build lasting relationships within the industry.

Dietary Restrictions

Culinary experiences are a big part of the retreat. If you have specific dietary restrictions, please let us know as soon as you sign up so we can plan accordingly.

Cancelation Policy

Unfortunately due to the involved logistics & up front costs of these events we have a strict no refund and no cancellation policy regardless of circumstance. If you need to cancel we will happily help you try to find a replacement for your spot, and if we can find one you will be refunded in full minus a service charge of $200 but only in the event that a replacement is found.

How will the styled shoots work?

The styled shoots will be designed with over the top floral installations, featuring luxury brands and professional bride and groom models. The shoots will be split into 3 groups that will work in shifts with the models, and each set-up to ensure a small group atmosphere with one on one attention and a very smooth shooting process. The host photographers will be available during the shoots to guide you and assist with techniques/ hands on learning.

Will I get photos of myself from the trip?

Yes! We have professional fine art photographers joining us all along the way to document the travels as a group. If you are looking to get professional imagery of yourself for your business we encourage you to schedule a session with the photographers on your tour during free time.

I will most likely be attending alone. Are others traveling alone or in groups?

Most of our guests have traveled alone (i.e. they did not come with a friend). We will gladly connect all attendees ahead of time so they can connect prior to the retreat and share a room if desired.
