What's love but a second hand emotion
What's love got to do, got to do with it
Who needs a hard drive when a hard drive can be broken??????
ME! I need a hard drive. I need one that doesn't break. EVER. But alas my time came to learn a valuable lesson. My hard drive died, a sudden death, and I lost EVERYTHING. I know some may take all caps as in shouting, if you don't then you should take it that way in this email!
By saving grace I didn't loose my pictures. The thing is I knew it was going to die. I felt it. Me and Chad had talked about getting an external drive for a while, and my words in January where "We need to get an external hard drive and back up my computer. Since we have talked about it, it is going to happen". So did we buy one? Why of course we did, who wouldn't after a statement like that. The only problem was that all I copied were my pictures. I guess I forgot what the reason was for getting it - backing EVERYTHING up not just pictures. I would have been hysterical though if I had lost my pictures. From 2001 to 2013 I have everything categorized in folders. The funny thing is that you can tell when B came along. 2013 had more pictures than 2001 through 2012 put together!
So the moral of this post is to BACK UP EVERYTHING. If you don't do everything then at least get your pictures. You'll thank me. Every day last week I remembered something else that I have lost and cried quietly in sorrow. So don't ask me to forward you anything because I don't have it.
I have been re-building my new hard drive that makes my computer feel new. I already have a few folders, images created, forms revamped. Have I backed it up yet you ask. No, no I haven't. I'm still in shock okay people??!!
